Strongsville looked like it was going to take a big lead into halftime and cruise to an easy win. With just seconds left before half Brunswick score a TD that cut the Mustangs' lead in half and changed the momentum. Brunswick went to score 26 unanswered points. Hamilton had 6 catches for 78 yards and a late touchdown that made it a 3-point game and gave the Mustang's a chance to win, but the Mustangs were unable to complete the comeback and lost. Here is Hamilton's blog post on the loss. The best part is that he is getting a free lunch from his best friend who committed to play for Michigan.

W Clear Creek-Amana 23 - Williamsburg 35 | (7-1)
Both teams totaled over 400 yards of offense, but it took Clear Creek-Amana an entire half before it started clicking. Williamsburg held a 14-3 lead at half time and turned it in to a 35-23 victory. No mentions of Blythe were found.

Jake Duzey
W Athens 35 - Oak Park 16 | (3-5)
Athens jumped out to an early lead and led 37-0 at the end of the third quarter. Oak Park scored a couple of late touchdowns, but the game wasn't very close. Duzey had 2 receptions for 60 yards including a 44-yard TD. He also had a special teams score returning a blocked punt 17 yards.

W Glenwood 21 - Rochester 49 | (8-0)
Another week, another win for Rochester. With just one game left the Rockets are on the brink of a perfect regular season. No mentions of McMinn were found.

Glenbard West's runningback had nearly 200 rushing yards and 3 TDs on just 11 carries running behind the offensive line led by Walsh as the Hilltoppers won easily and stayed undefeated. No mentions of Walsh were found.

Bradford suffered its first loss of the season against the unbeaten Franklin Sabers. Gordon had a big night with 184 yards and 2 TDs on 18 carries, but Bradford could not overcome its 5 turnovers.

The Panthers had a hard time putting away Keokuk, but the win sets up a big contest next week against Oskaloosa that will determine home-field advantage for the upcoming playoffs. Krieger-Coble had touchdown receptions of 9 and 33 yards. However, he also had a fumble. W St. Thomas Aquinas 23 - Miramar 7 | (7-0)
Aquinas had a slow night offensively but used a stout defense to remain undefeated. Rudock had by far his worst game of the season. He went 11 of 20 for 155 yards with no touchdowns. He also threw his first and second interceptions of the year. He did score on a 1 yard TD run however.

L Council Rock North 8 - Harry S. Truman 27 | (0-7)
Council Rock North continues its struggles and lost yet again on Saturday. The Indians actually held an 8-0 halftime lead before giving up 27 unanswered points in the second half. No mentions of Raymon were found.

DeSoto had a scare as mid-way through the fourth quarter the game was tied 28 all. The Eagles went on to score the game's final 14, however, and finished off Tyler Lee. Vincent had just 1 catch, but it was a 32-yard TD that put DeSoto up 14-7 early in the game.
