The trial for Adrian Clayborn's charge of assualt to a taxi driver was set for Monday, June 22. It has now been delayed until next year, after the 2009 football season is over. It is looking more and more like Clayborn will be found not guilty. It was already speculated that Clayborn's inclusion on Iowa Football's leadership team was indication that the case against him was pretty flimsy. And Ferentz has stood by his player with that attitude innocent until proven guilty. So, I haven't really been worried about Clayborn not being able to play, but it is good news that he definitely won't be found guilty before the season is over. I expect Clayborn to have a great year and think he will wreak havoc on opposing offensive linemen.
